Amrish Patel established ARP Associates LLP in 1993, though a young architectural practice, it has emerged into a multi-disciplinary design practice with an in-house engineering team and calibration with master stone masons and developing traditional vastu architecture. Our projects are seen as an integral part of architectural design activity.

ARP Associates' fundamental values is that architectural stem from the standpoint of creating a 'Contemporary' Indian architectural with idioms and language drawing essences from Tradition Vastu Sastra architecture. The project of 'Traditionalism' is then explored as an attempt at re-instating and reinterpreting some of the fundamental forms that have shaped architectures over centuries - yet dramatically opposing the ideas of cosmetic duplication of historical forms and elements. The work instead focuses on grasping or attempting to grasp some of these fundamental .

With these values as a springboard, Our designs attempt to conceive buildings and design projects that are seen as traditional in their physical and architectural expressions but constructed using cutting edge technological and material innovations and use. In the sense architectural and design activity is pursued as a 'Contextual' project - with the idea of creating 'Places of Identity' be it, Public or Commercial buildings, Cultural or Institutional projects, Housing, Corporate or Interior Design. It's in this direction that the  firm firmly believes in. Our award winning public building include the Neasden Mandir, Ilford Gurdwara and most recently Hindu chapel at the Krishna Avanti School.
